We have two Territory Managers - Colin Walker managers facilities from Taupo North and Nicky Bell looks after clients from Taupo South. They offer advice on the right equipment to fit your budget and the needs of your users. Whether you are after a single piece of equipment or a full floor fit-out they are happy to meet with you to discuss your needs.

Our general rule is 12 weeks lead time from order to delivery. However time frames do vary depending on the size of your order - we also may have items ex-stock. Our Operations Manager, Mike Holcroft, will keep in regular contact with you regarding arrival times.

We sure do – the largest service team in the country - headed by our Parts and Service Coordinator, Steve Grant. He will be your single point of contact for any requests.

We have three Service Level Agreements – Gold, Silver and Bronze. We can also customise an agreement to suit your needs – ask about the right preventative maintenance programme for your gym.

Fear not – thanks for our Technical Support Specialist, Chris Jowsey (aka Guru Jowsey), we have the capability to repair consoles down to an electrical component level (including LCD screens). He’ll do his best.

When you log a job, Steve will get back to you within four business hours to let you know when a service technician can be on site. We aim to have a technician on-site within 2 business days.

If your order is small you are welcome to pick your equipment up. Otherwise our installation team will freight it to you. Wherever possible, we aim to use our in-house transport fleet to ensure your delivery costs are kept to a minimum. However, this is not always possible especially if you are located in the South Island. We then outsource to our trusted freighting companies.

Freight obviously varies greatly depending on your location and size of order. Please contact Mike Holcroft for a quote. We do have our own in-house freighting capabilities (trucks and licensed personel) so we aim to keep costs down for you wherever possible.

Full Payment is required at the time of delivery.

Absolutely – we trade-in any brand of equipment.
